This premium medical aesthetics clinic in the Gulf region offers consultation, skin treatment and body contouring services, built around a brand promise of calm, private restorative care. The original clinic had thin partition walls and smooth hard wall finishes, causing noticeable sound leakage between treatment rooms. Consultation conversations could be overheard in adjacent suites, creating patient privacy concerns, while indoor echo contributed to a cold, clinical feel that clashed with the brand’s luxury relaxing positioning. Local healthcare regulations required all interior materials to support routine disinfection, meet strict fire safety standards and maintain low VOC emissions.

We delivered a dual-layer acoustic solution using medical-grade fabric wrapped acoustic panels and grooved resonant acoustic panels. All consultation and treatment rooms received full-height fabric panels with a high-density fibreglass core, NRC 0.85–1.0. The medical-grade stain-resistant flame-retardant fabric supports daily wipe-down disinfection, and the panels effectively reduce airborne sound transmission between rooms to protect patient confidentiality. Soft warm-neutral tones were selected to reinforce the clinic’s calming, premium atmosphere. Public corridor and waiting area walls use grooved panels with mineral wool backing, NRC 0.80+, to control public zone reverberation with a smooth, easy-to-clean finish. All materials meet Class A fire safety standards and ultra-low VOC requirements, fully compliant with local healthcare facility guidelines.

The 240㎡ clinic upgrade was completed in 12 days through phased room-by-room installation, keeping part of the clinic operational throughout. After completion, cross-room sound leakage is effectively eliminated, and one-to-one consultations remain fully private.
