This project was the acoustic upgrade of a high-end wellness spa center. As a place for physical and mental relaxation, the original space had hard stone walls and obvious echo. Ambient noise such as water flow, footsteps and conversation easily destroyed the quiet and healing atmosphere, affecting the customer’s relaxation experience. The client required to create a soft, quiet and private acoustic environment while maintaining an elegant and high-end spatial aesthetic.

Fabric-wrapped acoustic panels were selected for wall acoustic treatment of each treatment room and public rest area. The high-density acoustic core is wrapped with skin-friendly matte flame-retardant fabric, with an NRC rating of 0.85–0.95, which can effectively eliminate indoor echo, weaken ambient noise transmission, and create a quiet and immersive healing atmosphere. The ultra-soft fabric texture can also create a warm and relaxing spatial atmosphere from the visual and tactile levels, assisting in improving the spa experience.

The product adopts low-saturation earth tone fabric, which matches the natural and elegant decoration style of the spa center. All fabrics meet Class A fire protection standards and low-VOC environmental protection requirements. After the transformation, the noise of each functional area is significantly reduced, the sound privacy between rooms is improved, and the indoor sound is soft and not harsh. Customers generally reported that the sense of relaxation and immersion during SPA was significantly enhanced, and the high-end experience of the venue was effectively improved.
