The flagship lobby of a premium co-working brand serves as the first impression space for enterprise clients and members. The original high-ceiling space had heavy reverberation, with overlapping crowd chatter, footsteps and ambient noise creating a chaotic, unprofessional atmosphere. The brand required an acoustic upgrade that maintained a minimalist, high-end aesthetic while meeting the strict fire safety, durability and low-maintenance standards of a Class A commercial building.

We delivered a fully custom fiberglass acoustic ceiling system for the entire lobby area. High-density inorganic fiberglass tiles provide inherent Class A fire resistance and NRC 0.90–0.95 high-efficiency sound absorption, effectively reducing mixed noise in the large open lobby. We customized the ceiling module size and layout to align precisely with the lobby’s lighting, air conditioning and fire protection systems, creating a clean, seamless visual effect. The sag-resistant, mildew-proof material ensures long-term stable performance with minimal maintenance.

After renovation, lobby background noise dropped significantly, creating a quiet, dignified and high-end atmosphere. Reception conversations are clear and uninterrupted by ambient noise.
