Tall masonry walls, polished stone flooring and a vaulted timber‑framed ceiling created highly variable reverberation conditions. Acoustic performance shifted noticeably depending on guest occupancy levels, leading to inconsistent speech and music quality across the hall. The design team specified a bespoke multi‑layer acoustic wall system, delivering NRC‑0.91 wide‑band absorption, Class‑A fire safety, durable scratch‑resistant decorative finishes, covering 375 m² of perimeter wall space. Full technical documentation, on‑site technical support and phased installation were required to fit around pre‑scheduled event bookings.

Our engineering team designed and fabricated multi‑layer bespoke acoustic wall panels combining fabric‑wrapped outer decorative surfaces, high‑density acoustic core materials and rear air‑gap chambers. Each panel was custom‑sized to fit the venue’s non‑uniform perimeter wall layout. All decorative finishes and core materials passed fire‑safety and acoustic lab testing to guarantee stable NRC‑0.91 performance. We delivered complete construction documentation including section drawings, fixing specifications and acoustic test reports, and assigned field technicians to provide installation guidance for the main contractor.

Following installation and acoustic tuning, reverberation times remained stable across both low‑occupancy and full‑house event scenarios. Sound quality for live speeches, background music and small‑scale live performances became balanced and predictable throughout the venue. The finished custom multi‑layer acoustic walls meet every technical engineering requirement, while their refined decorative appearance enhances the premium, elegant atmosphere of this high‑profile event space.
