The glass partition pods, designed for visual openness, create poor speech privacy — conversations inside pods carry easily to adjacent workstations, and confidential discussions risk being overheard. The space positions itself as a premium professional workspace, so acoustic privacy is a core competitive selling point. The operator required acoustic solutions that maintained the clean, modern aesthetic of the glass pods without visible technical modifications.

Tailored Acoustic Strategy

High-density fiberglass core fabric wrapped acoustic panels are installed as interior linings for all meeting pods, with an NRC rating of 0.85–1.0. The panels absorb internal reflections to eliminate flutter echo and improve speech clarity inside pods, while reducing sound transmission through glass gaps. The neutral matte charcoal fabric finish matches the modern office palette, creating a clean, professional interior with no visible acoustic treatment traces. All panels carry ASTM E84 Class A fire certification, meeting US commercial interior safety standards. Open work zone feature walls use matching fabric panels to reduce overall ambient reverberation, further lowering background noise across the floor. All materials are formaldehyde-free with ultra-low VOC emissions, supporting good indoor air quality for long daily work hours.
