Large shopping malls and supermarkets have large open public areas with complex noise sources, including crowd chatter, shopping cart rolling sound, broadcast announcements and equipment operational noise. Traditional ceiling materials provide limited sound absorption, resulting in noisy, chaotic and tiring shopping environments. Commercial public spaces require fireproof, moisture-proof, durable and high-efficiency acoustic ceiling solutions.

The project fully replaced the original ceiling with high-density fiberglass acoustic ceiling tiles. With inherent Class A fire resistance, low smoke and non-toxic performance, the panels meet strict commercial building fire codes. The interconnected porous structure delivers NRC 0.90–0.95, efficiently absorbing mixed crowd and mechanical noise. The material features anti-sag, mildew-proof and stable performance suitable for long-term commercial operation.

After renovation, public area background noise was greatly reduced. Broadcast voice becomes clear and stable without echo interference. The durable low-maintenance ceiling system improves customer shopping comfort and reduces long-term property operation costs.
