This project was the acoustic upgrade of a Fortune 500 company’s executive VIP meeting room. As a place for high-level business negotiations and important decision-making meetings, the original space had problems such as obvious echo, unclear voice and easy to pick up ambient noise during video conferences, which affected meeting efficiency and the company’s external professional image.

Fabric-wrapped acoustic panels were selected as the core wall acoustic solution. The high-density acoustic inner core is matched with high-grade flame-retardant fabric, with an NRC of 0.85–0.95, which can effectively shorten the room reverberation time, improve the clarity of speech and the pickup effect of video conference microphones, and avoid sound hollow and echo interference. The soft fabric texture also enhances the high-end and elegant atmosphere of the VIP room.

The product adopts customized advanced gray fabric, which matches the simple and high-end business style of the meeting room. All materials meet the Class A fire protection standard and meet the safety requirements of office buildings. After the transformation, the acoustic environment of the meeting room has been significantly improved, the voice of the participants is clear and natural, the effect of video conferences has been greatly improved, and there is no need to deliberately raise the volume to communicate.
